Recruitment automation and AI workflows

Your consultants are doing work a system should do.

We design and build automated workflows that take research, list-building and admin off your team, so more of their time goes into what wins business: conversations and relationships. You approve what goes out. You own everything we build.

    Signs you need this

    • BD research gets dropped when delivery is busy, and the pipeline stalls
    • The same effort goes into a small prospect as a large one, with no way to tell them apart upfront
    • Job moves, funding rounds and leadership changes are spotted too late, or not at all
    • LinkedIn outreach happens, but nobody can see what was sent or what came back
    • Consultants run the same candidate searches week after week
    • Activity never makes it back into the CRM, so nobody trusts what is in there

The system finds the opportunity. Your team builds the relationship.

AI and automation do the research, scoring and signal detection behind the scenes. Your consultants do what they do best. Output lands in the CRM and channels your team already uses, so there is little or nothing new to learn.

    What we build

Most clients come to us with an outcome, not a brief. We work out what the system needs to do, then design and build it around your CRM, your process and the tools you already pay for.

    Business development

    A pipeline that feeds itself

    1. 1.

Consistent feed: Target accounts researched and refreshed automatically, so pipeline no longer depends on a weekly session that gets dropped.

    2. 2.

Better clients, not just more: Accounts scored on revenue potential, headcount, growth and hiring activity before anyone picks up the phone.

    3. 3.

Signals caught in time: Watchlists for job moves, funding rounds, leadership changes, new firms and hiring activity, routed to the right person the moment they happen.

    4. 4.

Warm, specific openers: Public information such as annual reports turned into conversation openers about real changes in the business. No cold pitch.

    5. 5.

LinkedIn as a tracked channel: Connection requests, follow-ups and replies managed centrally, with full visibility across the business.

Then your team takes over and builds the relationship.

A check of your contact data comes first, because outreach only performs on data you can reach.

    Candidate sourcing

    Reactivate first, then source

Your CRM searched first, so known candidates come back before anyone new is sourced. New prospects are matched against existing records, checked against the brief with evidence and enriched with contact details. A recruiter approves every prospect and message before anything is sent.

Clay, Claude and the tools you already have

Clay is often the engine for sourcing and enrichment, and we build in it regularly. Claude handles research, drafting and checking work that used to sit with your consultants. Our builds are delivered by specialist automation engineers working alongside us.

Claude handles the research, drafting and checking work that used to sit with your consultants: connected to your CRM and research tools, writing specific first messages, summarising calls into structured briefs and checking profiles against requirements, with a person approving the output.

We start with what you already pay for. Many CRMs and outreach tools already cover part of the job, so we tell you what to use, what to add and what to leave out. Every proposal itemises setup costs and monthly running costs, including tools and credits.

    How a build runs

Discover. We define the outcome, map your CRM fields and prove the key integration actions before committing to the build.

Design. Architecture, field map, tool choices and a running cost estimate, agreed with you.

Build and test. Workflows built and tested against real records your team has checked. Nothing is sent without review.

Controlled pilot. Live on a small number of roles or accounts, expanding only once quality and reply handling are proven.

Handover. A runbook and recorded training, so your team can run the next one without us.

Most builds take 6 to 8 weeks, including design, testing and changes.

    How we build

    • Built in your accounts. You keep every workflow, credential and document.
    • No outreach without your approval.
    • Your CRM stays the system of record, with activity written back.
    • Re-running a workflow never duplicates records or messages.
    • UK GDPR compliant, with suppression flags, contact preferences and opt-outs respected.
    • No black boxes and no guaranteed placements.

    After handover

Defect support is included through the pilot. Ongoing maintenance and improvements are available as a separate, optional arrangement.

    Frequently asked questions

Does this replace our BD team?

No. It removes the research, list-building and admin that eat into their week. The system surfaces the right accounts at the right time; your team makes contact and builds the relationship.

Will the team need to learn new tools?

Very little, by design. Adoption is where most technology fails, so output lands in the CRM and channels your team already uses.

    Do we need Clay?

Not always. Clay is often the right engine for sourcing and enrichment, and we build in it regularly. But many agencies already pay for tools that cover part of the job, including their CRM's own search, enrichment and campaign features. We start with what you have and only add what earns its place.

Will it work with our CRM?

Usually, through the CRM's API and webhooks. In the first week we prove the key actions, finding, matching, creating and updating records, before committing to the full build.

    Who owns what you build?

You do. Everything is built in your accounts, and you keep all credentials, workflows and documentation.

Will it contact people without our approval?

No. Recruiters approve prospects and messages before anything is sent, and suppression flags and opt-outs are respected throughout.

    Do you scrape LinkedIn?

No. We use supported integrations only.

How long does a build take?

Most take 6 to 8 weeks, including discovery, design, testing, a controlled pilot and handover.

    What happens after handover?

Defect support is included through the pilot. Ongoing maintenance is available separately if you want it.
